By creating a Dover Book Club account, you agree to the terms of use as specified below.
Dover Book Club members earn a 25% reward (a "Reward") on each order placed at doverpublications.com using his / her share link.
Dover Book Club members ("Ambassadors') may access their share link as well as a current account statement by visiting http://doverbookclub.getambassador.com/login.
Rewards are calculated based on the sale price of goods purchased. Rewards on orders purchased using discount codes or coupons are calculated on the discounted order total. Tax and shipping charges are excluded from Rewards calculations.
Rewards on all non-returned orders are approved within 30 days of the end of the month in which the order was placed.
Approved Rewards are available starting at $10, and are paid in the form of electronic gift certificates redeemable for any purchase on doverpublications.com. Gift certificates may not be exchanged for cash.
Excess rewards will be carried over to future months until the next reward level is reached.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions. Dover Book Club program ("Program") rewards you for every order you refer to us. By participating in the Program, you accept and agree to be bound by, without limitation or qualification, all applicable laws and regulations and these Terms & Conditions and any modifications hereto. Dover reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to discontinue or modify the Program and the Terms & Conditions for any reason, at any time and for any duration, and without notice. You should therefore check these Terms & Conditions for any changes prior to making a referral.
Program Description. Subject to these Terms & Conditions, Dover Publications will reward you in accordance with the terms set forth above.
Program Modifications. Dover Publications reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Program at any time, including the availability of any Program feature, with or without notice to you. Dover Publications also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to impose limits on certain features and to restrict access to any part or to all of the Program without notice to you. Dover Publications shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claim or cause of action arising out of Dover Publications exercise of the foregoing rights.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties. While Dover Publications uses its reasonable best efforts to maintain the accuracy and reliability of the Program website, it does not warrant or represent that the Program website will always function or be error-free. Dover Publications assumes no liability or responsibility for errors or omissions in the Program or for the deletion of or failure to store referral earnings and / or transaction records. Neither Dover Publications nor any other party involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering the Program shall be liable for any damages to or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to or use of the Dover Publications Program website.
Jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.
Tax Liabilities. Recipients of referral rewards are responsible for all tax liabilities, if any, on their rewards.
